Refusing a shipment once it has been processed!

What is the difference between a process and a shipped order? And when can I cancel a Order

Once you place a order, you will receive a message stating I have received the order and it is being processed. Another words wrapped, boxed and taped up ready to ship. Once the order is in process mode, the order CANNOT BE CANCELLED...Once I get back from USPS, or FEDEX, I then up load all tracking numbers and send out messages with the tracking number to let the customer know it is now on a truck..

Custom and personalized orders

No unfortunately I do not have the tools or the skills to customize any diecast, or its box...What you see in the pictures is what you get.
