Items lost by USPS, FEDEX, UPS the customer must contact the appropriate shipping company and file a missing package claim..All customers are ISSUED a tracking number at time of shipping...Once the item leaves our hands it is in the shipping companies possession!...Please keep track of your tracking number for your item!
Any items that arrive damaged, or with missing parts are eligible for an exchange for the same item, or a full refund, within 7 days of delivery. When contacting us for a damaged or missing parts item please include 2 pictures that define the issue clearly.
Items that were incorrectly shipped out will be exchanged for the correct item ordered. Please contact me ASAP regarding this and include a picture. Once approved I will email you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange to get the right item
All items that are refused at delivery (Returned to sender) or buyers remorse will be subject to a 25% restocking fee...NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!
